The Casa Julia has a capacity of 5 to 7 persons. Being the third house, it offers an area of 70 square metres, 2 dormitories with a double bed and a bunk bed, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower. During winter, marble radiators heat the rooms. In the living room there is T.V. by satellite, studio couch for 2 persons, stereo system with CD player, a powerful chimney oven, PC, printer, Internet access and telephone. |

Since 2001, the lovingly furnished living room has also a pleasant chimney oven. |

The ceiling is made of non-treated chestnut wood; the wall is double-faced and disposes of a cork insulation to keep the rooms cool in summer and warm in winter. |

The flat offers living room, oven, access to the terrace, fitted kitchen and bathroom. |

The partially roofed terrace covers about 50 square metres, equipped by garden furniture for 6 persons and grill. |
